Late one evening after hearing him, we invited him upstairs and were gifted with our own private "concert" of him playing and singing. My sister in law and her husband were so impressed by the Hilltop Vista that they would like some sort of info that they can pass on to the frequent visitors and guests that they have looking for a place to stay.”

There was a problem with the pool waterfall upon arrival. The pool man told us it would take a week to fix. To our great surprise, the pool man came back the next day after scouting around to find the right part. So, a big mahalo to your pool service. We had a marvelous time. I would definitely like to come back next year!”

“I was surprised at the sharp sense of humor found on the other end of the phone. The lady seemed to be very busy but not enough to crack a joke. I think only the astute would know how frustrated she was and that she was having fun the whole while. I reminded of the scene in French Kiss, where Megan Ryan walks in and tells the French Hotel Agent that he is seemingly pleasant but she hears a sharp impatience in his tone and she starts banging the bell. Well, sorda of like that only the opposite. She was cracking a joke that held a hidden sense that she truly enjoed what she was doing. I could tell because from then on I found everything was surprisingly beyond my expectations. It has been one of the best trips planned and I look forward to doing this all again in years to come. I am glad I stumbled to this site. It is a great surprise that I have found a new friend! And a new travel agent for Hawaii!!!”
