The Kailua Beach House has two separate vacation homes on one Kailua beachfront property. A seven-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom separate cottage surround the free-form swimming pool. The house occupies approximately 5000 square feet on two levels, the cottage approximately 600 square feet. Both are situated on a half-acre of private, fenced beachfront property. The property fronts Kailua beach, making it a great vacation choice for groups up to 18 guests.
The poolside cabana has a built in barbeque and provides plenty of informal covered outdoor seating and dining space. Ceiling fans throughout.
The main house has two bedrooms downstairs, with another five bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, two have queen beds, the other three have twin beds. The ground floor master bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a central downstairs bath. The five upstairs bedrooms share two baths.
The two-bedroom, one-bath vacation cottage rental is located in the second floor of a separate building above the live-in caretakers quarters. The cottage features its own kitchen and dining area for four. The cottage has two bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has twin beds.
