The grounds are private and gated. The home theatre room has surround sound and a entertainment center. The gourmet kitchen features two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double oven, microwave and 5 burner cook top stove.
The six bedrooms are spacious, bright and can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.
On a very private cove called Turtle Bay, whales, dolphins, turtles and manta rays can be seen from the pool. There are fabulous views from the three living room furniture groupings. The sliding glass doors are 42 feet of 8-foot high doors that offer spectacular ocean views. The entry features etched french doors.
