The unique location of the estate provides 270-degree panoramic ocean front views of Keauhou Bay. There's even a private dock, one of the few on the Big Island.

The grounds are spread over three landscaped acres of tropical gardens and palm trees including the arched tree under which John Wayne was married.

The Estate at Keahou Kona is classic "Old Hawaii," reminiscent of times gone by. It is the perfect vacation spot for family gatherings, reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and romantic getaways.

Without ever leaving the grounds, visitors can enjoy tennis on their own private court, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, diving, fishing or just swinging on a hammock soaking up the sun.
