THE KAILUA BEACH HOUSE DESCRIPTION




The Kailua Beach House consists of a seven bedroom main house and a separate two bedroom guest house surrounding the swimming pool and fronting Kailua beach. The two houses sit on a half acre of private, fenced beachfront property. The poolside cabana has a built in barbeque.  There is plenty of informal covered outdoor seating and dining. The entire property is a non-smoking vacation rental.

The 5000 square foot main house is on two levels with two bedrooms downstairs and five upstairs.  Living area with entertainment center, full kitchen, large dining table seats ten, celing fans throughout.  The 600 square foot guest house is located above the live-in caretaker's quarters and has its own kitchen and dining area.
